Base Pricing

Floor Plan: (Includes one meal per day)

One Bedroom Suites  - $1,995 per month 

Two Bedroom Suites  - $2,400 per month

Two Bedroom Deluxe  - $2,795 per month

Extra Occupant Fee (One meal / day) $ 525/mo.


Additional meals can be applied to all floor plans:

One additional meal,  add $275 per month
Two additional meals,  add $415 per month

       Optional Services Pricing

Optional Services may be selected by the client as needed. Please refer to the various services listed in Assisted Living.    Total optional cost will depend on the number and type of services selected. 

       Automatic Payments

For your convenience or the convenience of family members, we offer Automatic Bank withdrawals for your rent and services payments.
